Tonya McKee Finlay is a Utah native who moved to Northern Virginia in 1990. While working in the restaurant business, she followed the real estate market and made several purchases and sales over the years. In 2010, she created her own company Neighborhood Real Estate to put that knowledge to use and to provide unsurpassed customer service as an alternative to the larger real estate firms in the area. She is the sales manager responsible for the daily operation of the firm as well as supervision and support for the other agents.
Tonya puts her clients first, looking out for their best interests and assisting them in making good decisions and sound investments. She is available 24 hours a day if necessary. She is not afraid of hard work and enjoys working with clients to purchase, sell, rehab, and rent. Tonya works on the principle that an agent should go the extra mile and assist through the whole process. One of the things that sets her apart from other Realtors is her expertise and skill in home staging. She is your real estate advocate and neighborhood specialist.
