I founded Neighborhood Real Estate in 2010 to provide an upbeat, friendly, and inviting environment that would appeal to clients who prefer a more personal real estate buying or selling experience. As a small company, I pride myself on being service-oriented and responsive to my clients' needs. I take a different approach to real estate, one that is built on personal attention, achieving results, and helping my clients make sound decisions when selling, purchasing, or renting a home. I provide up-to-date information on what is coming on the market and what has sold, and I listen to the interests and concerns of my clients to help develop a house-hunting or house-selling plan that works.
I and my team have now joined KW Metro Center and become Neighborhood Real Estate Group to increase our toolkit in the digital age while still preserving our small office personalized service approach.
My office is a charming little orange cottage in South Arlington at the corner of Arlington Ridge Road and 23rd Street. Since I opened our doors, I have worked with over 300 clients to buy, sell, or rent homes in every corner of Northern Virginia.
